British Malaya and Dutch Easy Indies - No convoys

Not exactly a bug, rather a design shortcoming.

Currently, British Malaya and the Dutch East Indies start with 0 convoys. Which makes it impossible to transfer resources and units between the Islands.

Once again, probably not a bug. But it's especially bad for British Malaya who doesn't even start with a naval dockyard to construct convoys. A token amount of starting convoys would be nice.

I just came up here to post this, as the UK I tried to trade oil from British Malaya but the game keeps dropping delivered oil from 10, to 0 then back again forever.

I guess I could lend-lease them some convoys?

Unless there is another bug you should always use your own convoys for imports, so this should not be an issue for UK importing oil from Malaya.

The issue is that there is no land connection between the capital and the oil since its on Borneo. So Malaysia needs to ship the oil to the capital first before it can be exported.
