British liberations cause game crashes

Sometimes when I play as British, and I start to liberate nations that I have in a beginning. I liberate some of them, and let the time pass, day change and puff! I'm looking a desktop! Is that some kind of bug or ect. ? Does anyone else have a same problem? Is there any way to fix that? You got to help this little newbie..

Do you have 1.3B installed and was the game started under that patch?

Hm.. now I'm using that 1.3b and I think it works fine (I download that patch in this morning)... And now I got a another problem. Sometimes I save a game with veery lot of divisions. Then I try to start playing that saved game. It start to load it, but then it throws error message with lots of text (something error in that and that places: it looks like a code from a game...). Message may come because saved game contains too many divisions in some countries... but what you think?

I doubt that new error has anything to do with the number of divisions. I've tested the game with far more divisions in it than would ever be produced during normal gameplay.

What exactly is the error message you get?
