Are there any detailed guides for the British Imperial Conference/ Imperial Federation focus path? Like what to expect, how much PP will be needed, what things will screw it up, etc. I'm playing a fascist Iron Man game, so I don't want to sink thirty-something hours into the game, just to find out that something I did to the Raj in 1936, let's say, voided any hope of completing the Federation.

Excellent points.

The National Focus descriptions could do a better job informing the player of the consequences of the players' choices.

(one could make the argument that in real life, people don't often see the potential consequences of their decisions).

Many of the game's National Focus descriptions could be better written.

If you save up several hundred pp (like 400) and boost relations with the colonies, you should have no trouble forming the federation. I think Raj needs autonomy before they agree, but I've only done it as non aligned so they were annexed anyway

Any updates on this? I'm trying it for my first time and worried that going to war or another thing could impact it. For now I have 550+ PP and did all the "development in" focuses including Indian autonomy.

Do we need the commonwealth air focus too? Does going to war have any impact?

Don't integrate the raj, too much that needs to be garrisoned. Release them as puppet after you have done the federation.

Good recommendation.

But if I have 550PP+ and pick the most "expensive option" I should be good? are there any other focuses or things I should do before pushing the imperial conference focus?

Does being at war have any impact on it?
