For Crusader Kings there is a tool to import saved games over to EUII. In the case of Vicotria there is a 15 year gap between EUII ending and Victoria starting. To prevent the need for a soap opera style story line to explain the 15 year gap there is no official EUII to Victoria converter, there may be an unofficial one burried somewhere in the forum though.

Soap opera style story line?

What happened in that 15 year gap. Did our leader end up in coma? Disapear only to comeback 15 years later, die only to find out it was a dream and 15 years had actually passed?
