In the new update when you produce over a thousand of an resource it will show as 1k even if the amount produced varies from 1100 to 1900. Before it would show 1.1k and 1.9k according but now it simply shows 1k.

MrFreake from discord said that he might mention this if the post gets traction.

How does making a few less characters display make the game smoother? The numbers are still being updated the same amount of times, it just isn't shown unless you select the resource.
