Brigades?

For TRP, has anything been done to improve the "worthlessness" of certain brigades from that of vanilla HOI or is this just a fact of life. I looks like some of the combat has been altered to be exteneded. Does this impact AT or AA?

I find SP-Art pretty useful to add to ARM-divisions. The oomf added is well worth it since ARM in itself is so expensive...
