Also I dont really think invading a country that abducted your daughter makes sense either. Because then whats stopping them from executing that concubine?

And speaking of executions. Why would I incur tyranny if I wanted to imprison my abducuted concubine again. And more tyranny if I wanted ro execute them, especially if a foreign infidel. Why would my suomenusko vassals vare about this sunni concubine?

And another point if I set them aside why do they stay. I mean I guess it makes sense if I want to keep them hostage but not concubine anymore. But why not a release hostage button.?

The prospect of defeating the attempted 'rescue' and keeping the claimant, of course. Not to mention concubines are often outstandingly gifted women.

And speaking of executions. Why would I incur tyranny if I wanted to imprison my abducuted concubine again. And more tyranny if I wanted ro execute them, especially if a foreign infidel. Why would my suomenusko vassals vare about this sunni concubine?
Your question about recognition of status between religions is deep. I suppose the answer is that the same tradition that allows a ruler to keep an infidel concubine also invests the concubine with a basis of social recognition. In the more general sense it's incorrect to assume concubines have no social status.

And another point if I set them aside why do they stay. I mean I guess it makes sense if I want to keep them hostage but not concubine anymore. But why not a release hostage button.?
It is possible to banish your courtiers. I can't think of any restrictions on the banishment of unlanded courtiers.

I feel like children of concubines shouldn't be in line to inherit their mother's titles, if the mother was abducted. As far as the mom's realm is concerned the kid is a bastard and probably a heathen one at that. Give them a weak claim at best I think. No way one kidnapping should let you peacefully inherit a realm.
I think a bloodless conquest would only happen if there weren't any more senior claimants. If you can orchestrate the kidnapping of a nation's sole heir it stands to reason you've committed a maneuver acutely exploitative enough for conquest. If you're responding to the suggestion that a landed character should be a valid concubine I agree they should not.
Also I think the fertility of a couple is influenced by their opinions of each other. I'd love some corroboration or and authoritative contradiction of the point.

You have to imprison them first, which incurs tyranny.

Maybe this is a feature of HIP. But then again HIP is the correct way to play this game.

Respond to The Questions
Are there ways to capture members of foreign courts without war?
With raiding, technically it make you hostile but it isn't a war and it isn't sure but try every 5 years seem pretty legit.
Can characters be targeted for capture in war? It seems capturing the holding they're located in doesn't guarantee it.
Nope, but if they are in the same realm of you and you have the intrigue focus you could try to spy on them and every 40 days you may have the option to bribe someone to capture it .
Can 'Hiding' be circumvented?
As far as I know, nope.
