If, in EUII, I had diploannexed a lot of the small German Minors as Brandenburg and then changed to Prussia via the events, will I still be able to trigger the German Unification events in Victoria: Revolutions? Will I have to release the minors as satellites or something like that? Also, after the Unification, does Prussia turn into/get labeled as Germany, or does it stay separate?
(By the way, does the converter in EUII only go to Revolutions, or does it go to regular Victoria as well?)
