One part of the Prussian Mission Tree starts of with the mission Reclaim Neumark. The mission requires owning the cored Provinces of Neumark and Dramburg. These provinces belong to the Teutonic Order in the 1444 start date and can be acquired via the event The Fate of Neumark. This route is pretty much the best way of getting the two provinces since it does not involve fighting over them and getting Aggressive Expansion. However in many cases the event does not fire before the Teutonic Order gets into a war with and losing the provinces to Poland. This in turn locks out Brandenburg form a quarter of their missions in the early game.

Currently the chances of the event firing before Poland gobbles up the Teutons are about 50%. Therefore I suggest, that the "Reclaim Neumark" Mission gets reworked, so that it can be completed by either
  • owning 100 ducats, not having any loans and having the Teutons own the provinces or
  • owning Neumark and Darmburg as cores
If the mission is completed by the first condition Brandenburg gets the event The Fate of Neumark as well as the claims the mission gives now. In the other case the mission awards the claims like it does now. The event could still occur 'naturally', but the randomness of the event would be lessened by the ability to trigger it deliberately.

I think it is more the ais problem I never had the problem of them loosing it before, but I saw Poland taking it (and getting a coalition lol). So this would make it easier for all good idea.
