Agreed, and you should be able to see the number of pops, level of crime, trade power, and distance from capital for each prospective planet.

It could also be good to see this for planets you can't build a branch on for whatever reason, so you know who to direct a commercial pact towards, or which rival megacorp to try and takeover.

Yes, wrote this in the suggestion forum some time ago, it is in dire need.

Though you should not be able to see crime, pops or buildings. Only information that would normally be available like potential office value and distance.

It would also be nice to have some visual indikator on systems where a branch office has already been built.

There is a method to somewhat alleviate the problem.

TV production of planets is considered some sort of orbital deposit, and it will be displayed in the galaxy view. Press alt, and you can now see how much TV a system produce, even if you don't have the required intelligence level.

While you can't find these systems in a list style, there are very few systems with normal resource production of some kind in two digit, making the TV production (>30 for valuable candidates) stand out in the galaxy view quite easily.

If you however just wish to get executives' retreat or xeno outreach on a decently populated planet, though, there is no fix. I'd doubt if that really worth the initial cost and the emipre sprawl penality anyway.

Nice, I hadn't thought of this. Sadly, I don't see a way to tell from the Galaxy map whether I already have a Branch Office open there. In my current game I have 52 Offices across the galaxy, so that's a bit of an issue!
