- Cancel the Schliffen-Plan
By this decision Germany gets a non-agression-pact with the Benelux states and avoid the war with the GB. It improves the relations between Germany and GB. Disadvantage: Germany will have more problems with breaking through the western front.

- (France) Accept the "Wilson-Peace"
If France decides to accept the Wilson-Peace, Europe will be reorganized by Wilsons's 14 points. Germany will not lose so much territories like they loss in Versailles. Every Nation can decide which way they want to go. Also a status quo option is there but it will be the most unpopular option. The decision activates peace events for every defeated state.

For expamle an Wilson-Peace Event for Austria-Hungary:
Name: Wilson Peace - Austria's choice
A: We want to keep the double monarchy (Brings dissent in certain regions...)
B: Release the states which want to left us (AH cedes Serbia, Bosnia, Romania)
C: Only keep the double monarchy (AH cedes everythin except Hungary)
D: The Empire is dead! (AH gets dissolved and every nation gets independant)

This event happens for every centralpower-member. (GER, AH, OTT, BUL)

Agree completly with these.

An event for Germany to decide whether or not to allow Lenin to go to Russia. The decision should be triggered by the February revolt and establishment of the provisional government, which in turn should be triggered by the war going poorly for Russia. If you allow Lenin to go to Russia it will trigger the Russian civil war, but will also make communist revolutions in all other countries more likely if the war goes badly for them.

Bulgaria has to be part of Central powers:
1.) II. Balkan war - BUL claimed Macedonia and now has helpers in A-H and GER
2.) tsar Ferdinand I. of Bulgaria is from family Sachsen-Coburg-Ghota :)

//oh, and few more about WWI. Bulgaria:
if war takes 4 and more years, and Bulgaria dont control they claims it should be historical events:
Separate peace with Entente -> Bulgaria lost Dobruja, Western Outlands, Western Thrace)
Abdication of Ferdinand (his last prudent step in foreign policy) -> his son Boris III. is successor of throne ->% of dissidents going downd
if not civil war stars
Exile of Ferdinad: in A-H, home in Germany or in Slovakia (northern provinces of Hungary). Then if % of dissidents in Czechoslovakia is in Slovak provinces too high they can ask son of Ferdinand, prince Cyril, as king of Slovakia (they tried in 1924 and later during 1. Slovak state in 1942/3)
and Ferdinand several times asked Boris to allow him visit Bulgaria again, but he refused. So if player for Bulgaria allow visit of ex-tsar % of dissidents rise...

//and after-war young Czechoslovakia:
Soviet union exist, Hungary lost war (is kingdom without king/republic), Red army won Civil war, Legions are back in home land.
SU is in war with Poland, communist rise Hungarian republic of soviets -> to help for Red Army in northern of Carpathians in Eastern Slovakia (Presov) rise Slovak republic of Soviets -> president of Czechoslovakia re-retire Colonel of French army (Legions) Josef Šnejdarek to fight with bolsheviks -> he crushed them in Central Slovakia (Zvolen) -> Šnejdarek is promoted to brigadier-general and named chief of security in Slovakia -> 1932 commanded to build system of forts around Slovak-Austrian borders

Hrmm... a fun event I was thinking of for the opening shots of the war:

German decision - In the clear (Russia must be at war with Germany)

"Russian orders are telegraphed without coding, allowing the German General Staff the intelligence to counter early Russian offensives into East Prussia. With this key intelligence the German's score crushing victories against the Russian 1st and 2nd armies. They were also aided by feuding Russian Generals and poor Russian pre-war planning".

This decision would give a human player sight over Russian Western Lithuania and Northern Poland, for about six months or until they push so far into Russia to warrant the Russian military to encode their messages.

Another fun event might force the Germans to shift some forces or face a dissent hit.

German Event – “two corps and a cavalry division…” (Germany must be at war with France and Russia, have chosen the modified Schlieffen Plan and have Helmuth von Moltke the Younger as Chief of Staff)

“The Russian armies faster than planned mobilization prompts the German militaries chief of staff von Moltke (the younger), to send two cops and a cavalry division to the eastern front. This controversial decision is considered by some historians as one of the reasons for the failure of the Schieffen Plan”

This event forces the German player to SR some of their units (perhaps a division or two with a calv. attachments?) to the Eastern Front.

Well. I really hope when the Devs will look into those ideas they'll only pick those that will REALLY benefit from the decision mechanic, i.e. those which can't be simulated efficiently by events or other mechanics. That is, about 2-3% of the total amount of the proposals here.

Withdraw from the War, for the Italians. Withdraw from the Central Alliance and get peace with the Allies.
Go Entente, for the Italians. Join the Entente and get your historical claims, on the Central Forces.
Go Central, for the Italians. Join the Central Powers and get your historical claims, on the Entente Forces.

Cordon Sanitaire, for the French or British. Get control over the post war East European states and use them as buffers against the Soviets in case of invasion.
Witty name here, for the Soviets. If the cordon Sanitaire isnt made then you get the chance to invade Eastern Europe, free of charge.

Lawrence of Arabia, for the British. Loose 500 supplies and 0.5 cash permanently until the end of the war, get 2 cavalry division in yemen. Decision trigger an event for the Ottomans, they get 20 dissent and extremely high revolt risk in territories south of Turkey.
Promise an Arab Kingdom, for the British. Arab states join the entente, they all get claim on everything between Turkey Suez and Persia. Britian get 3 free arab cavalry divs. When the war ends you get a choice to fuffil or break the promise.
Promise the Promised Land, for the British. Get free cash, supplies and manpower from Jews. Fufill or break the promise at the end of the war.
Anglo-French pact in the Middle East, can be started by French or British, you a choice for yes or no depending on who starts it. Both countries get claim on their new colonial lands. If as the British you made the 2 previous promises then they are both automaticaly broken, but you get the negative results at the end of the war.

I would really love you if could create a Zimmerman Telegram series of decisions. The Zimmerman Telegram was a telegraph sent by the German Empire to their foreign minister in Mexico. It outlined an offer of alliance to the Republic of Mexico offering generous financial support for Mexico, the return of its former provinces of Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Basically the German Empire was ordering Mexico to join the Central Powers and invade the US potentially opening up a new front in the Americas. This would be great for alternate history, imagine a massive set of trenches in the New Mexico desert. I have pretty much outlined such decisions and events:

Send the Zimmerman Telegram (germany)
Send the Zimmerman Telegram to seek alliance with Mexico!
"We intend to begin on the first of February unrestricted submarine warfare. We shall endeavor in spite of this to keep the United States of America neutral. In the event of this not succeeding, we make Mexico a proposal of alliance on the following basis: make war together, make peace together, generous financial support and an understanding on our part that Mexico is to reconquer the lost territory in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. The settlement in detail is left to you. You will inform the President of the above most secretly as soon as the outbreak of war with the United States of America is certain and add the suggestion that he should, on his own initiative, invite Japan to immediate adherence and at the same time mediate between Japan and ourselves. Please call the President's attention to the fact that the ruthless employment of our submarines now offers the prospect of compelling England in a few months to make peace." Signed, ZIMMERMANN

Requirements:
-Year is atleast 1917
-Germany is at war with France
-Germany is at war with Great Britain
-Germany doesnt control Paris (or any French puppet state)
-Germany doesn't control London

once Germany has chosen that decision Mexico gets this event:

****************************************************************
The Zimmerman Telegram (Mexico)
Description: The Emperor of Germany has offered as a place in the Central Powers, generous financial and military support and guaranteed return of Texas, Arizona and New Mexico to the Republic of Mexico on the terms that Mexico invade the Southern United States and join the war.

Options A: The British Intercept the Telegram. Deny any involvement. (Historical)
-10 belligerence
Relations with US +50
Relations with UK +50
Relations with France +50
Relations with Germany -75

Option B: Onward! Invade the United States!
War with the United States
Alliance with the Central Powers
Four? or ?Five new Infantry Units Available for deployment
+20000 Supplies
+500 Money

****************************************************************
Mexico has Invaded! (US if Mexico chooses Option B)
The Republic of Mexico has formalized an alliance with the German Emperor and invaded the US!

Option A: Push them back!
US Joins the Entente

****************************************************************
The Zimmerman Telegram (US if Mexico chooses Option A)
We recently received word that the British Intelligence Agency has deciphered a telegram sent by the German Foreign Minister Arthur Zimmerman to the Republic Mexico demanding that Mexico invade the southern United States! This is a complete outrage and the last straw between us and Germany! War must be the only option!

Option A: Declare War (Historical)
US Joins the Entente
Declare war on Germany
Dissent -2

Option B: We must remain Neutral (a-Historical)
Dissent +10

This could also lead to further events about Japan betraying the Entente and joining the Central Powers. Would'nt this be so sick!
