Well then add millitary access also to the commonwealth event. I think the Brits should have millitary acces to Egypt already but if they dont then that is one way to fix it.

The Brits do but no one else does. So if you're milcontrolling Australian units, you can't move them into Egypt until Italy declares war on them.

Ok then have the event gove All comonwealth countries mil access to all others. And give the brits mil control.
