Brain slugs for active rulers.

Currently an active ruler does not get the brain slug trait if you finish the event chain.

It seem to me that the ruler is the one making the decisions. For example at the end of the messenger event you can chose this response: "What was, shall be. We will change. Bring me a sample of the agent."

A similar response should be available at the end of the brain slug event imo.

Here you go, I posted instructions on how to fix it on reddit. The thing I should probably update is you don't have to change it for all of the free agents (unhired leaders), just text search for the name of the leader you need to change. Unfortunately, you have to do it each time you hire a new one.
