What does Boxed Version contain ? Just manual, with activation code or anything else ?

Paradox is the publisher, not the developer. As such, don't expect to receive the sort of manual that comes with Paradox developed strategy games.
The game manual included as a pdf is about 22 pages of information covering the basics of the game pretty well - I have certainly seen many worse manuals - but not going in details about anything and not including anything even approaching unit charts or other helpful stuff like that. It seems likely that the boxed game contains a printed version of this manual and little else as documentation.
