why is a boxed version on amazon cheaper then a digital by steam or gamersgate?

It can also be found digitally in 20e. I don't dare to post a link since I'm not sure if I can post other than Gamersgate links.

And, SeanleDarc. The original version is around 8e. Warband is 20e +shipping.
