Upper left corner the statue of liberts represents the rising of the democracy and the politic situation of a country. And dont to forget the liberty for which she stands.
Economy - Industrialisation
Lower left corner the train (the first was build by George Stephenson) which showes the rising of the industry because the steam engine was intreduced and changed the economy. This technologies started the Industrialisation
Diplomacy Colonisation
Middle Queen Vistory the most powerful person in this time represence the politics and the british empire which was on his highest point in this time.
Technological Development
In the upper right corner is Charles Darwin he stands for the new spirit of the science with his ideas he changed the viewpoint of the science forever.
Warfare
Lower right corner: I m not sure but I think he s Helmuth (Carl Bernhard) Graf von Moltke a great prussian military Leader of this time. In the background we have a flag from I think Prussia my opinnion is thats the flag of the teutonic order. The man has a prussian uniform and a Pickelhaube. Moltke was the one how planed the war against Den Austria and Fra 1870-1971.

I'd figured Christmas time, but that seems to indicate that it'll be released earlier.
Also, the lower right pic looks like Wilhelm II to me.. zoom in and you can't see the left arm (he usually posed that way).

Well, fall ends 21 December, so Christmas might still be a good estimate.
