The Cossacks DLC added Estates, and now we're getting a "free update". This means Estates will be integrated in the base game, and The Cossacks will get that exclusive government to make up for its loss.

By the look at the pictrue it doesn't seem like it, sadly. In truth, it doesn't seem to be no rework whatsoever. But at least as long as they are integrated into vanilla our hope is restored, because it means that they make reowrk it at later updates. Maybe iwth the Iberian/HRE DLC? It'd be fitting.

We've already had two, one for each continent.

Beyond giving Totemist a mechanic and curbing the overnight westernizations, there's practically nothing more that can be done for the New World and not enough people use RNW to make a third investment worthwhile.

If I recall correctly, once they announced rule britannia officialy with the list of features and all that, it was 1-2 months until release. So I'm guessing here will be the same. Although given they might have been forced due to PdxCon to announce earlier than they usually would've, it may be longer. But if the feature list is locked and theres nothing else for the DLC, they it should be really 1-3 months tops. Since in 2-3 more DevDiaries they can show the rest of the contentand still have 1-2 months to flesh it all out before release.

Now i feel that 108 new provinces is not enough to add depth to Greater India, and that 80 certaintly wasn't enough depth for Cradle, does anyone else feel this way?.

Don't forget that here in Scandinavia it's customary to take a month off in the Summer.
So I'd say September at the very earliest as July and possibly also the last bit of June and the first bit of August is vacation time.
