Bought the game, question in regards to resolutions.

But 1920x1080 is the only widescreen resolution. That's the 'problem'.

I have many widescreen resolutions available, just as many as I do in windows. If you have less, I'd say your monitor is being uppity.

the resolution proposed come from what Windows proposes too.

Yep I only get one "proper" widescreen option, the one offered by my graphics card.
Fortunately I get a next best "almost" widescreen option that works fine for me.
(sorry about the vagueness, aspect ratios are not my thing )

Is 1900*1200 supported?

It should be fine, since it's bigger than 800x600 and it's not larger than 2400 in either direction.
