If mobile had everything that the "Full" site had, what exactly would be the point of the mobile site.
You can use the full site form a mobile, the mobile is just a way to take stuff out so it can work better on small screens or limited DL capacity (ie capacity you may have to pay extra for).
Not like we are anti mobile around here and want to make them second class citizens.
