i have two quick questions :
1. is there any way to make the borders invisible on the political map? it would look better with just colours i think
2. is there any way to make troops etc. show up on the political map?
thanks a lot guys!

Aw, and here I thought we were finally about to get our long-heralded Polonia Universalis map... :(
Anyway:
1. I would think so... One of the more common bugs on most maps is just that; that the red border doesn't show were it should. God knows how to actually replicate it, though...
2. That would be hard-coded and impossible to change, I'm afraid.

@anti_strunt: sorry! :( i didnt realise there was a polonia universalis map!
There is none, it's what the Polish Horde(tm) decided to do after MKJ refused to bow to their demands of a 50-province Poland. Yet we didn't hear of that project again, ever.

It is not a “Polonia universalis” map, but only a map close to those of Kasperus and agung pasha… Much a lot as the last one. ;)
