Currently, the manner in which Paraguay is represented in 1836 is largely inaccurate, as it controls areas of the Chaco region that it wouldn't gain sovereignity over until the 1930s. The provinces of Bahia Negra and Puerto Guarani should be given to Bolivia from the start, Fortin Falcon could be given to Bolivia too, but while it'd give Paraguay somewhat historical borders, it'd make Bolivia look rather strange given the shape of the map, so I'm ambivalent on that.

Actually thinking about it Paraguay should own Fortin Falcon as the real border delimitations in the Gran Chaco area were rather precarious in the era, the other two provinces should be given to Bolivia to represent the fact that it too held some degree of control over the region, or at least asserted claims to it that were, while weak given the zone's sparse population, about as strong as Paraguay's.
