Border Concessions would be a peace option that takes development from a province belonging to the defeated nation and adds it to a province belonging to the victor with which it shares a (non-strait) land border, as a way of representing the changing hands of parcels of land on a smaller scale than entire provinces. Could be useful to eke out the last few points of warscore at times when money isn't particularly needed, or to gain power in the HRE without everyone getting antsy.
