Thanks Capitalists make up about 8% of the population. If I tax the rich at 49% their income alone with the rest of the taxes at 20% for poor and middle class will fuel the entire budget all on it's own. Rich taxes at 49% are over 17,000.

Negative prestige does not seem to affect your overall score.

If prestige is postive then the formula 1/2 prestige+ind+mil works, but if prestige is negative then the formula becomes ind+mil.

I'll say. To have 423 Capitalist pops in sufficient quantity to make that many artillery pieces...... they'd all have to be like 70,000+ or something.

In my Russian game, I couldn't get enough pop in russia, but in Manchuria, I was swarmed with population....I ran out of workers in Russia to convert but not in Manchuria.
