Boost Party Popularity/stage Coup in MP games without La Resistance

Not owning the new DLC really screws you over in MP games. before it came out you couldn´t boost party popularity or stage a coup against other players. But now it´s possible again, sure you could use your spies to work against it...... unless you play without that DLC and can do absolutely nothing. every other player can just compoletly screw you over by just boosting party popularity from the start and stage a coup later and you just have to take it....

You can set gamerules to ban it (I believe you can do it through host settings, though if not you can ask others not to do it), use decisions like anti-fascist/communist/democratic raids, and also boost stability to prevent a coup using the old rules. Also hire political advisors.

For non-aligned nations, it's harder but press censorship should have your back
