which are the current bookmarks?

 

[Wandering Sentinel]

The first bookmark, the Interregnum, takes place 20 years after the collapse of the Second Empire with only Alinor and Morrowind united and all other Provinces fragmented between multiple rulers who must first unite their respective Province and then ride out to conquer the warring lords of the other Provinces in order to unite Tamriel. The second bookmark, the Black Drake, starts after a Reachman conquers a bit of eastern High Rock, southwestern Skyrim, the Imperial Isle, and a swath of Cyrodiil going from Sancre Tor to Bravil. The Black Drake has allied with Nibenay in an effort to conquer the Bretons of High Rock, who have united under Wayrest to resist, so I assume there's a massive war right from the beginning. The Kamal Invasion bookmark is a wierd one since I guess it involves an invasion from Akavir on Skyrim, Morrowind, and Black Marsh. The last one says it's incomplete, so I assume that only the first two are done so far.

Yeah a united Kamal empire is invading that region. Its the background event that leads to the formation of the Ebonheart Pact in TESO.

I could actually say that about any of the bookmarks and that'd technically be correct.

The thing is that since it's a Beta, not all content is final. The 3370 Bookmark (The Interregnum) was theoretically complete, but then had some edits done such as the dissolution of Morrowind as one kingdom. The Kamal Invasion bookmark is functionally complete and has been for a while, but there's always little things here and there that can end up getting updated.
