bonus quests with steam version of majesty gold

Hi anybody know how to play rage of krolm and balance of twilight with the steam version of majesty gold?

Well last I checked, I still have the record time for Balance of Twilight.
In short, make lots of gold, find the mausoleum, resurrect the wizard, kill the phantoms.

I seem to remember there are some problems with the bonus quests and Majesty Gold, but I'm not sure.

I heard that the extra Q's don't work with the gold-version.

*Curiously Confused* Eh? How exactly has Steam got exclusive bonuses?

As far as I have seen most (if not all) major digital download platforms are offering Majesty Gold as a bonus for pre-order Majesty 2. The two bonus downloadable quests do not work with Majesty Gold from neither Steam, GamersGate (or anywhere else offering Majesty Gold for sale or as a pre-order bonus) as far as anyone knows.

That's like trying to put horseshoes on a goat.
Surely they know the bonus quests are incompatible with the Gold edition, right?

I've seen steam release old games without even using the latest patch, you know, patches that have been available for years online but for some reason, they didn't get the right to it or something.

They did that with Knights of Honor, another Paradox title. The patch is pretty significant to.

Actually upon closer inspection, the first post didn't say that the quest came with the steam Gold M1 download, it just said they wouldn't work with it (which is common knowledge).
So short of someone getting their hands on an old copy of the original Majesty NE, my record for Balance of Twilight will probably stand for another 8 years.
