Bolted 1.02c N Spain problem?

Ok, started a new new game with a fresh install of Bolted 1.2c as Rep Spain.

When the revolt occured, I saved the game and switched to N Spain - and had no leaders - the known problem.

So, I started a 1939 game, and saved the game. I then went into that save and copied N Spain's leaders into my 1936 save game; the usual way to fix this problem.

But then I noticed that out of the 24 leaders N Spain should have, the 1939 save only has 8!!!

The db/leaders/spain.csv file still lists 24 though.

So, any thoughts on what is going wrong here?

So I traced down the problem...it appears that if you start a 1939 game with anyone *other* than N Spain, the AI places the leaders right away, and therefore they are not in the leaders area of the save game...strange.

Probably not a Bolt 1.02c problem, and probably a HOI 1.02 problem. Though I do not remember this the last time I played N Spain - which must have been 1.01 I guess.

But when I posted, I wasn't sure of the problem was in Bolt 1.02c, HOI 1.02, or my own fiddling.

Turns out it was in the middle one, though not a bug really...so this probably was the best place for it. I guess I'm precognitive
