I was playing Germany and Inveaded in 1936 Denamrk and puppeted it...I saw that France had mobilitation...pls tell me if it's a mod event or what, pls...I did not noticed it in ur changes log

That's a bolted event.

France will moblize reserves if Germany acquires possession of any European Capital to which Germany starts adjacent, regardless of whether or not the acquisition involved a war or not.

Its not listed separately in the events section of the Bolted Version Notes because its more of a manpower modification.

The relevant portion of the version notes says :

"- France : Staring MP pool reduced by 1000. Event conditions set up to detect a threat by either Japan or Germany to French interests. French will mobilize if Germany acquires control of any one of a number of European capitals or Germany is at war, or if Japan is at war with almost any power except Nationalist China. "
