Bohemia stolen my personal union with Hungary? Yet, I'm leading the personal union..

As the title stated, Bohemia stolen my personal union with Hungary. I do not understand how that had happen when it is I that is leading the union with Bohemia. I already had Hungary in my dynasty and all I was waiting for was the event for me to get in a union with Hungary. But thanks to my junior partner Bohemia for stealing my chances for a union with Hungary, I am now stuck in this sitation. What should I do now? It is kind of sad I will not get that huge jump start by having Hungary part of my blob. Any one know anything that can find a way to change this into my favor? Any help would be much appreciated.

You may be able to force a union as soon as the Bohemia union breaks.

That was changed several patches ago such that gaining a PU over a nation already leading one transfers their lesser to be yours as well.

The bug is that the Hungarian event does not work properly when the nations involved are already dealing with PUs. It places Hungary under PU of a random Hapsburg nation. Since Bohemia was being led by a Hapsburg (via PU), it randomly chose them, breaking the Austrian PU and 'stealing' Bohemia.

Well I am just hoping that my junior partner Bohemia can integrate Hungary and then I can finally integrate Bohemia. I am not sure if they would do it or not but I did noticed Bohemia diplo-annex Silesia during the union I had with them. So maybe all is not lost?

One cant integrate country which has more provinces then It has, and bohemia is definitely smaller then hungary.

it should.

Vassals/CNs/etc of your junior get passed to you when you integrate them.

You're probably going to have to wait until the next patch or hot fix to see the issue resolved. However, you'll probably be luckier with your dice roll this time around.

unions do not pass up upon integration. only vassals, protectorates, and colonial nations.
