Depends on the GM. Some give them singular master who is the only known wolf for the cultist, some give info about whole pack to the cultist. If single master, he can of course tell whatever he feels like to his minion.

The rules say they start unattached knowing "a wolf master", so I assumed no.

Yep, GM has confirmed it here, it seems. And this is good example how the first-post rules aren't often up-to-date.

edit: and yes wolf master can tell cultist about other wolves if he wants to. Some do, some don't, depending on the cultist and wolves.

That's why I asked if that meant reis had bonded. The rules seem to make it clear that they start unattached but in contact, but can choose to attach (and presumably make full contact).

On the contrary, that fits in just fine with the rules as given in the first post if reis started free and chose to bond.
