Are you all flirting? And be honest.

Yes <3 Not easy being a girl on this forum ._. Err, I mean Groß-Deutschland (minus Elsaß-Lothringen and Heligoland).

And even members lf the FVP admit that the regulations of the Zentrum destroyed the economy and what do they do? Regulate it even more!

This thread is almost like our recent socialism-vs-capitalism thread on OT forums. :p
There we have at least real commies trying to defend their ideals, here random gentlemen roleplaying Prussian noblemen trying to predict future coalitions...

Over what are we now arguing?

That the regulations, heavy taxations, subsidies and interventionism will ruin our economy and cause depressiom and mass unemployment. Just check my two long posts on the last page :p

Zentrum interventionism saved the economy before, Freie Volkspartei interventionism saves it today.
It is only you who sees a discrepancy in this matter.

As to flirting: God is the only true love of what must now be an ancient grey-beard, like Herr Khalep.

I could try explaining you how markets work well enough without any government intervention, but I'm too tired for now. All government intervention leads in a welfare loss, as they end up messing the markets wherever they touch.

Government intervention is in fact making the situation even worse, making potential depressions deeper and potential economic bubbles large before they explode. In fact, all economic bubbles are a result of government intervening in well working markets.

The strategy of the government to 'fix' the economy is like someone were to help construction workers stay employed by setting on fire every house they finish. :p

Well that is actually something they say to prove that intervention is the best. They think that destruction will lead to new production. Well it will be production, but no real-capital and created values.

You make the unfortunate assumption that only governments can distort a market. There is no point in a "free" market if there is no competition, and many private actors are not overly keen on competition with all the icky risks and uncertainty that entails. So, even as a strict liberal, surely you cannot be against supervision to make sure that competition takes place. (And if you are, that's quaintly naïve.)

If you are willing to admit as much, why not extend the argument further? If we are to allow inequality in a society because it is the result of free market competition, we must make sure that everyone can compete in it. If the masses are to be able to compete, they need to be afforded education, spare time, and an opportunity to accumulate capital. I am very curious as to how you and Herr Howard suppose that they do so in your liberal paradise where: there is no lower limit on when they start working, they have to work for more than 14 hours on wages that barely covers necessities, and any savings are tied up in case of to support themselves or their dependants on a rainy day.

If the argument is that the market would regulate itself such as to provide these benefits, which I find hard to believe in the present circumstances of mass unemployment, then you must clearly be exaggerating the downside of this social security net being founded in law.

Frau Howard*

And you make many false assumptions :) Yes private actors are not keen on competition, that is why it is paradoxically competition. Also state intervention in the market is the biggest reasons of monopolies, oligoplies etc. Also it is often the market that detirmine work hours, like here they are much more flexible. Fewer work hours, you can excercise in the working hours etc and that is issued by the private market and the public one/regulations.

Also you come with no proof for what you're saying, only opinions. What do you back all of this with? And what caused the mass unemployment? That is certainly the failed government intervention in the market. I have even given you proof [in game] for why Laissez-Faire with little to no regulations [social reforms] are optimal. [Also I can give you real life examples and theories]

What do you propose? what do you want? How can you counter unemployment when the regulations quite obviously make the factories produce less, cost more to maintance and cost more to invest in, topped with heavy taxation of the investors?

My fingerpainter is getting uppity...

Yeah but then people starve and have a shitty time... because no regulations allow businesses to grind them into dust...
While theres no clean drinking water at all I'm sorry but Laissez-Faire can't exist as companies will naturally become crony capitalism.

Your logic is flawed, Herr Howard. Indeed, even the good Herr Tanzhang, though he is a stubborn gentleman, firm in his beliefs, has never managed to err as thoroughly and especially as consistently as you have. An impressive achievement.

Herr Tanzhang has never managed to err, period. :)

A most erroneous statement, given your morally challenged previous affection for repression. ;)

Not repression, Herr Khalep, but the defence of the German State from the evils of radical Marxism. :)

Yeah but then people starve and have a shitty time... because no regulations allow businesses to grind them into dust...
While theres no clean drinking water at all I'm sorry but Laissez-Faire can't exist as companies will naturally become crony capitalism.

And what do you base this on? All of our wealth are because of the laissez-faire (or when we tried to) policies. Never before was the German people so well fed,as during the time of the free-market, never have it had so massive amount of wealth of and growth ua under the free-market. And I ask you, what kind of policies built our great industry and is still the basis of our industry? The free-market. And all the other tjings you say must surely be jokes, I can't remember any of that happened.

And crony capitalism? Haha! You say it like it is unwanted, but what is it? Oh it is when it is close ties between the state and "private" enterprises, like we have with the policies to the FVP, DNVP, DZP and SPD. So that is like shooting on your own foot, crony capitalism can't exist under a free-market, since neither private enterprises nor the government are allowed to influence eachother.

And let us look what state intervention haven done for the industries. In the 1700's the French and the Russians could have gotten an industrial revolution before the British, but the government did not allow this on behalf of their wicked interventionism. The industrial revolution on the other hand flourishedmunder the free-market Britain.

And mark my words, we will get crony-capitalism (if we not have it already) under every party who do not support laissez-faire. A free market is the only way to gain peace, mutual trade, respect, functioning market and liberty. Capitalism is freedom.

The Election of 1909

Coming during a period of prosperity the like of which Germany had not witnessed for decades, the 1909 election offered a rare opportunity for Germany’s parties to enter an election cycle in which various crises did not dominate proceedings.

German National People’s Party (Deutschnationale Volkspartei)
- DNVP

Political Position: Hard Right

Ideology: Reaction / Monarchism

Party Leader: Bernhard von Bülow

Having led the DNVP for a decade, Bülow’s moderate turn led the party into government from 1901-1905, since the abandonment of their alliance by their Liberal partners the DNVP has been left in opposition – placing immense pressure on the leader’s shoulders. With the recently formed German Workers’ Party grouping many of the right’s radicals, 1909 may represent Bülow’s last election as party leader.

Description:

The DNVP was formed out of a wide variety of groups who were implacably opposed to the German Revolution and demanded the restoration of the monarchy. Since its formation in the late 1890s the party has gradually moderated in an effort to gain further support and practical political power - retaining a hold over a significant portion of the electorate. However, in 1909 it now faces a challenge from the right for the first time in its history.

Foreign Policy:

Over the past decade Germany has shown herself to be the greatest opponent of Communism internationally – we must continue to fight against its insidious influence. Elsewhere we should pursue a policy focussed upon the restoration of German majority territories unjustly annexed by our enemies in Elass-Lothringen and South Tyrol whilst reviewing the status of Bohemia – a country where a large portion of the population is German. We must also ensure that our economic and political domination of Eastern Europe remain secure – all the while continuing to oppose Italian hegemony in the Ottoman Empire.

In order to achieve our goals it is important that we remain steadfastly behind our alliance with Great Britain. It is also important that we invest in the large scale expansion of our armed forces. Our standing army currently consists of a little over 300,000 men under arms; let this number pushed towards 3/4s of a million! We must also look towards the construction of a navy of limited size capable of dominating the Baltic and protecting our coastline from any potential threat.

Economic and Social Policy:

The state must do all it can to support economic growth and our continued prosperity. Tax exemptions for entrepreneurs shall be coupled with financial support for new projects – ensuring that the economy continues to steam forward. Tariffs should also be used to both balance the budget and provide protection for domestic industry and agriculture. The German economy shall be the envy of the world once more.

Existing social reforms should be protected as far as possible. To remove them would only inflame tensions between different social groups and play into the hands of Jewish controlled Communist and Socialist organisations of demagogy.

Constitutional Change:

The DNVP supports the immediate reinstating of all aristocratic titles and properties confiscated in 1898. The party calls for the restoration of the German monarchy, our deposed Kaiser shall be invited to return to retake his throne, should he refuse the invitation shall be extended to his Crown Prince. The party calls for the Upper House to be restored and repopulated with notables and the best citizens of the Empire and endorsed with political power once more.

All Communist, Socialist, and otherwise revolutionary political groups shall be immediately banned alongside all trade unions as a threat to the German nation and state. Limited censorship laws must be left in place in order to guard against a future slip towards degeneracy.

However, should it prove impossible for the programme of restoration to be achieved, the DNVP would support the empowerment of the office of President – a strong and central figure shall be invaluable for ensuring political and social stability.

Free People’s Party (Frei Volkspartei)
- FVP

Political Position: Moderate Left

Ideology: Radical Christian Democracy / Christian Socialism / Social Liberalism

Party Leader: Adam Stegerwald

Although Stegerwald failed to lead a progressive government to power in 1903, victory arrived two years later as the alliance between the DDP and DNVP broke down – facilitating Stegerwald’s capture of the Presidency and the rise of an FVP led coalition government. Having passed through a series of reforms and governed during a period of prosperity, the President’s popularity has continued to climb.

Description:

The Free People’s Party of the early 20th century was an intriguing manifestation of unity of several competing ideological strands. Having emerged from the predominantly working class radical wing of the Centre Party, a wing heavily influenced by Socialist ideas, the party emerged from the Great War as the preeminent force on the left – absorbing much of the pre-war Liberal electorate and in turn being shaped by the left wing of German Liberalism. Now the dominant force to the left of centre in German politics, the FVP’s supporters are hopeful of retaining of power in 1909.

Foreign Policy:

The threat of Communist revolution internationally has now subsided, and with it the direct threat to Germany and her allies. It may therefore be advisable to seek normal relations with existing Communist states – the recent pact between France and Scandinavia has shown that if we remain unquestionably hostile these states shall have no issue aligning themselves with any and all anti-German states.

Although the Bohemian regime remains largely independent of German control, we must retain a special interest in this country which was, for so long, closely integrated with Germany. Any steps towards further unity are to be actively and enthusiastically pursued.

With the emergence of the Franco-Scandinavian Pact, the renewal of Russian interest in Eastern Europe and the continuation of Italian belligerence our alliance with Great Britain is more necessary than ever before! Although a war in the short term appears unlikely it may be advisable for Germany to seek limited rearmament – expanding the standing army by around 100,000 men over the course of the next government, using the most advanced technologies available.

Economic and Social Policy:

We must institute a progressive system of taxation that shall ensure that the wealthiest bear the heaviest burden and the poor the lightest. The state should play a strong role in the economy in supporting projects aimed at industrial expansion financially. We should oppose the use of tariffs in any but the most extreme circumstances.

All existing social reforms must be protected and a limited programme aimed at their expansion pursued.

The Free People’s Party shall guarantee a minimum of two social reforms if elected

German Democratic Party (Deutsche Demokratische Partei)
- DDP

Political Position: Centre-Left

Ideology: Progressive Liberalism

Part Leader: Friedrich Naumann

Having been a prominent figure of German Liberalism since the 1870s, the two time Chancellor (1887-1893 and 1901-1909) Eugen Richter chose to retire in favour of Friedrich Naumann. The new DDP leader was a Protestant pastor who had been led into politics by the tumultuous events of the German Revolution – being elected to the Reichstag as a DDP member in 1898 and serving in a number of cabinets over the course of the following decade. Having unsuccessfully ran for President in 1905 he was clearly being groomed for leadership by Richter, who eventually decided to step aside for a new generation of Liberal leadership. Naumann, politics are noticeably on the left wing of the DDP and his desire to retain an alliance with the Populists and Social Democrats above the Monarchists is well known.

Description:

In the polarised world of Weimar politics the DDP has found itself in the unique position of being necessary for any effective government, of either the left or the right, and capable of working with both. Since the Revolution the party has participated in the revolutionary Weimar coalition from 1898-1901, a right wing alliance with the Monarchists from 1901-1905 and then an FVP led coalition from 1905-1909 – even contributing a Chancellor from 1901-1909. Despite failing to attract the level of popular support German Liberals had achieved during the Kaiserreich, the DDP plays a very important role in the politics of the German Republic.

Foreign Policy:

Germany has successfully defeated the efforts of the Communists to expand their influence internationally beyond those lands which were lost in the years after the Great War. Without an immense military effort these states cannot be liberated, yet neither shall more fall to the greatest enemies of Western civilisation. We cannot compromise with Copenhagen, Brussels and Amsterdam – they remain our enemies.

Abroad our expanded influence in Central Eastern Europe has bolstered both our political position and our economic strength as new markets for German goods have allowed exports to these regions to expand impressively. The protection of our existing sphere of influence and its expansion can only bring greater strength to Germany.

It is clear to all that our alliance with Great Britain is of paramount importance in protecting the rejuvenated German nation from the hungry wolves of Europe’s jealous nations who, although victorious in war, have suffered stagnation in peace. We cannot rely solely on British support to protect us from these foes – the DDP supports limited rearmament to the tune of 50,000-100,000 additional men.

Economic and Social Policy:

After barely two years the policies of economic Liberalism were abandoned and deemed a failure, only for the new government to explain the boom that followed as a direct result of the shift in economic policy. This present boom would have been impossible without the harder times that saw several industries reliant on state support fail! Indeed, it was the first hard year of laissez faire policies that created the boom – state interventionism has, if anything stifled it! The DDP therefore calls for a return to laissez faire.

In order to achieve this we must maintain a total opposition to any and all tariffs, tax cuts for investors, guarantees of all private property and the offering of the promise of a rollback of constricting social reforms.

The DDP shall seek the repeal of at least two social reforms.

Social Democratic Party of Germany (Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschlands)
- SPD

Political Position: Left

Ideology: Social Democracy

Party Leader: Friedrich Ebert

After the prolonged leadership of Viktor Adler with the Party performing solidly, yet never spectacularly in elections the SPD chose to replace him with a younger man – 38 year old Friedrich Ebert. Having joined the SPD during the 1880s he rose to prominence during the years of the German Revolution and Ludendorff dictatorship when he was at the centre of Socialist activity in Kassel – being elected as an SPD deputy in 1898 and serving as a Cabinet Minister from 1905-1909. Representing the party’s moderate wing that resisted pressure to push the SPD leftwards to compete with the Communists, Ebert remained committed to alliance with the FVP and broad centre-left coalition governments.

Description:

Although it was, very briefly, the largest party in the Reichstag in 1902-03 as a large number of right wing USPD deputies bolstered the party’s numbers; the SPD had never truly made the jump forward from being a second rank party to a contender for power on its own. Even after the explosive growth in the influence of the labour movement after the German Revolution, the Communists and Populists benefitted just as much, if not more, than the Social Democrats. Ebert’s victory over left wing challengers for the party leadership marks the SPD’s continued commitment to parliamentary coalition building above any bold attempt to put forward a vibrant Social Democratic alternative to any previous government.

Foreign Policy:

The Communists states of the Low Countries and Scandinavia are clearly here to stay and no longer appear to have immediate ambitions to overthrow existing regimes across the continent. Barring another bloody conflict and potentially the outbreak of widespread political violence within Germany once more they cannot be opposed by military means. With our Republic bordering three of the four Communist ruled states and having in the past been economically integrated with these nations it is advisable that the German governments provides recognition and offers herself as a trading partner. Let us undercut the French and severe their alliance with the Scandinavians – Copenhagen has looked to France only due to Germany’s aggressiveness, if we show ourselves to be no threat then the potentially dangerous Franco-Scandinavian alliance shall surely wither away.

Germany should use her influence across Eastern Europe to encourage the democratisation of the regimes, most of which arose during the same revolutionary upheavals that produced our own Republic. In areas of tension Germany might use her influence to ensure that the peace is not broken – especially in Bohemia where the threat of inter-communal violence remains real.

Whilst our alliance with Britain should not be cast aside, its importance to Germany’s strategic position is abundantly clear; we should look to rebuild our relations with the other powers of Europe. France, Italy, Russia, Spain and indeed the Communist states might all otherwise be enemies of Germany – combined they would be capable of inflicting another devastating Great War on the continent and the German nation. Whereas under the Kaiser Germany was a violent and warlike nation – let us now promote European peace! The horrors of the 1890s and early 1900s claimed millions across Europe, let us never forget!

Economic and Social Policy:

Now as our economy begins to prosper once more it is time for the fruits of the German economy to be passed down to all her people. We should seek the implementation of a heavily progressive system of taxation – reducing taxes on the poorest as much as possible and avoid all tariffs. These measures alone should noticeably improve the standards of living of the majority of the populace. Beyond this, the state shall play a prominent economic role – performing limited nationalisations where possible and investing the construction of new industries across the land with an emphasis on supporting the development of the poorer regions of the Republic.

We must also strive to significantly expand the network of social reforms, further improving the lives of our citizens. The SPD shall secure a minimum of 4 social reforms .

Communist Party of Germany (Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands)
- KPD

Political Position: Far Left

Ideology: Communism

Party Leader: Clara Zetkin

Following the struggles of the 1890s and the beginning of the 1900s Clara Zetkin became the first leader of the Communist Party of Germany in 1902, the following year securing an impressive showing at the polls before luring two SPD deputies to vote for her Presidential campaign in 1905 against their party’s policy of supporting Stegerwald. However, despite moves towards greater moderation after 1904 the KPD remains deeply isolated from the rest of the political spectrum – more often than not being shunned as the bane of German civilisation. As tensions within the party seethe between competing tendencies Zetkin’s long lasting leadership has come under question by some of the party’s enthusiastic younger members.

Description:

Formed out of the left wing majority of the USPD in 1902, the Communist Party swears allegiance to the international Communist movement centred in Copenhagen and possessing affiliates across the world. Although far from power the KPD possesses a very significant grip over a large part of the labour movement and a membership whose energetic dedication without compare. Although present prosperity might make the KPD a less attractive prospect electorally, the party continues to await a future opportunity to bring German capitalism to the sword and usher in working class rule.

Foreign Policy:

Germany must show solidarity with all people’s struggling for democracy and socialism. An immediate alliance with Scandinavia, Belgium and the Netherlands should be pursued whilst German support for democratic and proletarian elements in all neighbouring states must be guaranteed. The International is based only provisionally in Copenhagen – it is destined for Berlin! Let our Republic become the incubator for the international struggle of working people against their masters.

Down with capitalism, imperialism and war!

Internal Policy:

It is time to begin the construction of socialism at home!

All means of production in Germany are to be placed under collective ownership through their nationalisation with immediate effect and without compensation. All industries are then to be placed under joint worker-state management and the entire nation geared towards economic expansion and progress so that the lives of our people might be endlessly improved.

We must build a vast network of social security to ensure the highest standards of living achievable are met all social reforms shall be gradually introduced.

It is clear to all the bourgeois democracy is irrevocably corrupt, serving the interests of only a tiny elite and not the working masses of Germany. Let us construct a proletarian democracy that shall stand for the working classes and not their exploiters!

The KPD calls for the reintroduction of the Räte. These organs of people’s democracy shall become a permanent facet of the German state acting as organs of local governance – likewise these organs of worker, peasant, soldier and sailor democracy shall be required to send delegates to a Grand House of People’s Councils which shall act as the Upper House of the Reichstag – providing the labouring classes with a permanent veto in government.

Let us build a new world.

German Centre Party (Deutsche Zentrumspartei)
- DZP or Centre/Centre Party

Political Position: Centre

Ideology: Christian Democracy / Political Catholicism

Party Leader: Konstantin Fehrenbach

Plucked from obscurity to serve as the first President of the German Republic from 1898-1905, Fehrenbach’s influence has declined rapidly along with that of his party. With only limited Centre Party participation in government after 1905 the DZP, along with its leader, has been increasingly shut out from power.

Description:

Having been the dominant party of the Kaiserriech, and then remaining a powerful force after the War and Revolution the Centre Party has rapidly declined in the first years of the new century. The disastrous election of 1903 saw the Centre Party’s support plummet as the party fell from being the largest to the smallest party in the Reichstag. A disaster! In the Presidential election of 1905 the party decided against putting up a candidate of its own as the divisions within its membership were made clear with large parts supporting the DNVP backed candidate (a Catholic, Austrian born war hero, very popular in the DZP’s core territories), the Populist candidate and eventual victor Adam Stegerwald and even the DDP’s Naumann whose pastoral background no doubt appeared attractive. Divided, apparently directionless and without visions, not to mention without the popular appeal of old the grand Centre Party remains in desperate need of rejuvenation.

Foreign Policy:

Germany has stood against the power of Communism, virtually alone, for more than ten years now, and she has triumphed! Protecting Central and Eastern Europe from Red Revolution has not only saved millions from the horrors of Marxist rule but restored German prestige internationally. Let us retain our implacable opposition to Communism whether it attempts to spread itself into Germany or any other country, or simply continues to suck the life from the Dutch, Belgian, Scandinavian and Finnish people.

In Bohemia, German influence has grown and played an undoubtedly positive role. Let us pursue the peaceful reintegration of Bohemia into Germany – promising Bohemia and Moravia a substantial degree of autonomy and an enlarged number of Reichstag seats for the Czech population. These lands, whose history, culture and even economy are so closely linked to Germany, especially the South of our country, shall surely embrace the chance to end the division that was imposed upon them by Russian arms!

We must cherish our alliance with Great Britain as protection from our Continental enemies who surround us. In light of the aggressive nature of the French, Italians, Russian and of course the Communists, we should pursue limited rearmament – expanding our army by around 100,000 men.

Economic and Social Policy:

The Centre Party continues to support the institution of a flat tax rate that shall ensure that all social classes share the burden of taxation equally. The Party is also willing to accept the limited use of tariffs in order to keep the state budget in balance. The state should also aim to continue to provide assistance for the further investment in industry so that Germany’s re-exertion as an economic power might continue.

The Centre Party shall defend all existing social reforms; however it shall stand in opposition to their extension.

German Workers’ Party (Deutsche Arbeiterpartei)
- DAP

Political Position: Extreme Right

Ideology: Fascism

Party Leader: Dietrich Eckart

Born in Bavaria prior to German unification in 1868, Eckart was a moderately successful playwright and intellectual prior to the outbreak of the Great War. Like so many, he enthusiastically rallied around the banners of his country and marched to war. Blaming Germany’s defeat on betrayal on the home front by Jewish controlled revolutionary movements undermining the men at the front, a very popular explanation of the defeat at the time, he participated in the Freikorps that helped crush the social revolution and uphold the Ludendorff dictatorship from 1897-1898. In the years after the proclamation of the Republic Eckart continued to stand on the extreme wing of the anti-Republican movement – supporting the physical assaults against working class communities and movements as well as Jews and ethnic minorities (notably Poles living in German cities West of the Elbe).

Description:

The far right was a crowded place in German politics in the years after the end of the Great War as a myriad of groups sharing anti-semitic, anti-Marxist, anti-democratic and ethno-nationalist politics physically combatted their enemies across the streets of Germany. As the need for paramilitary groups declined after the turn of the century, and the only anti-Republican group in the Reichstag, the DNVP, moderated its politics calls for a party to group those who still advocated the politics of the extra-parliamentary leagues grew strong. In 1907 a number of the far right’s leading advocates joined to form the German Workers’ Party promising to rejuvenate the movement against the Weimar Republic. With the party’s membership soaring a strong showing in 1909 could potentially see the DAP rise to national significance.

Foreign Policy:

Europe is in a sorry state, it is up to the German nation to save European civilisation from the monstrosity of Communism and to right the wrongs of the Great War.

We must make immediate preparations for imminent war, both internal and external. A coalition of Jewish controlled government from Copenhagen and Paris through Berlin, Rome and beyond seek to leave our nation and our people held down. We must look to expand the army by several orders of magnitude as soon as possible in preparation for another great conflict.

As soon as our armed forces are prepared for the struggle we shall set against the Communist states to the North, the French to the West and the Italians to the South – simultaneously destroying the Communists states that have so readily embraced Germany’s enemies and restoring German rule to lands populated by ethnic Germans.

Bohemia must be immediately annexed, through forceful means if necessary. The Baltic States and Poland should be encouraged to make themselves open for the settlement of Germans. Our nation’s population is overflowing, with the loss of our colonial Empire the escape valve for excess population has been loss – mass unemployment and the popularity of the Marxists false offers of paradise inevitably follow. If, instead of Africa, Eastern Europe could be settled then these problems would subside.

Economic and Social Policy:

The German Workers’ Party advocates the immediate expulsion of the entire Jewish population of Germany and the confiscation of all Jewish owned property. Germany should encourage the states under our influence in Eastern and Central Europe to take similar measures. Without the insidious influence of peoples who cannot and do not show any loyalty to the German, or for that matter any other, nation yet continue to dominate our societies and economies our nation shall prosper!

Beyond this, we must totally reorganise German society. No longer shall competing social classes be set against one another, no longer shall individuals strive for their personal enrichment and personal power above the needs of the nation. Let all Germans work together for the nation, and let the nation work for all Germans!

Strikes and trade unions are pointless; the workers are always defeated having caused disruption for the rest of society. They shall be abolished entirely and the state shall act as an intermediary ensuring that workers are granted adequate pay and necessary social reforms are passed to improve their working conditions.

The DAP shall ensure the passing of at least two social reforms.

No German owned private property shall be threatened – indeed its security is guaranteed! However the state shall push forward with the construction of new, modern, industries as well as large scale infrastructure projects – ensuring that the German economy remains the strongest and most vibrant on earth.

Constitutional Change:

This whore of a Republic must be abolished entirely, all memory of it expunged from our history. We are openly and totally opposed to any notion of ‘democracy’. The division of society into interest groups and political parties cause discord, weakness and decadence – the inevitable result of which is defeat in war the like of which the defeat Great War will pale in comparison to.

Let all political parties be abolished. All known militants of the Communist Party are to be interned with those amongst them guilty of criminal wrongdoing executed and those willing to reform released and restored to German society. Likewise leading Socialists must also be interned whilst other opponents of the National Revolution must also face imprisonment so that the unitary will of the nation shall not be challenged and undermined.

We oppose the restoration of the old, decrepit and corrupt elites of the aristocracy and the old monarchical households – it is these men who allowed for the decline of the German nation, and these men who failed to save Germany from the abyss of Revolution following defeat. They are to be condemned to the dustbin of history along with all the old parties, and divisions.

Instead a new nation shall arise, united around a single head, a leader a Führer. Above all internal conflict and whose will shall never err from that of the nation itself.

The DAP shall repeal all political reforms.

Once again, spamming is not tolerated, you may not campaign outside this thread and I ask that you remain civil with each other.

Voting will close on Monday at 4PM, I will post in this thread to officially close the polls and return with the results shortly later.
