blank pop-ups bug

i have this strange bug when half of my pop-up windows is blank, with no text at all. also almost all my ships in list have no names/descriptions at all. tried checking game files, disabling mods, changing localisation to en and nothing helps.

Please do a full **clean** re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "delete local content" in Steam-Stellaris
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Stellaris AND Documents/Paradox/Stellaris folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular you need to make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam Stellaris or Documents Stellaris locations, before installing again.

i did everything like you said and got zero result. i'am playing ironman mode and at first all was fine, but from some point it just broke. guess my savefile is broken now, because all is normal if i start a new game. dunno what happened, maybe some mod broke it. i use only 4 mods: "color coded pop status icons", "happines bar", "smaller resource icons" and "ui overhaul 1080p". steam achievements broke for this save too, but this mods must be compatible with ironmode. if i remember correctly they broke at about same time as interface. i uploaded a savefile for you if you want to investigate.

actually, i just fixed my savefile. there was a problem with cyrillic symbols. somehow my ship-prefix turned into garbage and new ships got it as well. i replaced all occurences with english letters and pop-ups work now.
