BlackIce HOI4 mod thread blocked

Is it me or BlackIce subforum is in error. When i access it i get message that i don't have access to it, although i can access other mod threads.

Black Ice silly question has many levels. After playing for months old questions are silly. New one's are not quite so silly until you've played it more months.
There's always something new to be silly questioning about. (Few people know this; but that is partly why Adolf went mad)

Question for you all: Do you see all the other forums (bugs, mods, support etc) or do you only see the AAR and Please connect your Steam account to get access message at the top of the HoI 4 forum?

The BICE forum is now showing up for me, it was not at first.

Just FYI it was my bad, there are so many HOI IV SKUs I missed one, and those people did not have full access.
Everything should be sorted as of a few hours ago.
