Black screen when exiting game

Decided to get back to Vic2 so I opted in to the beta patch in Steam. Played fine but once I exited the game I got a black screen. No errors or anything, no response to anything, just black. Only way to fix was to restart pc.

So I reinstalled the game, opted in to beta, same thing. Opted out of beta, same thing.

Using Win10. GPU drivers are up to date.

Help please. I wanna play this game again.

Ok, never mind. Windows 8 compatibility mode seemed to fix it.

I have the same issue. I suffer it also in HOI3 so it must be something related to the engine in Windows 10 (64bits mine).
EU IV, Ck2 and HOI IV works ok.
Is there any other way to solve the issue apart from Windows 8 compatibility mode?
