Black Market

I've visited some worlds which ostensibly have a Black Market but haven't seemed to be able to access it.

Is the Black Market simply an alteration to the normal store adding items into the list or is there a particular way to access the Black Market or some requirement that must be met.

Yes, it changes the store table.

The Blackmarket is just a "Tag" for the planet, which decides which loottables are loaded for the shops on it.
Blackmarket planets offer ++ Items and, if i remember the json-file correct, +++ items.
