Reading the intro, it says under dynamic the black death will occur at the earliest 200 years after game has started and once again after 500 years or something to that affect. If I pick the latest game starting point does that mean no black death?

The latest starting date is in 1337 (late middle age). According to wikipedia the Plague arrived to Europe in the last months of 1346, by that time "India was depopulated, Tartary, Mesopotamia, Syria, Armenia were covered with dead bodies" acording to reports from travelers, and the outbreack in tose areas aparently started arround 1331 or at least in the decade of 1330...
In short, maybe the plague is already active in the last starting date and can arrive to europe?
