I'd like to suggest that you tweak the Black Army for Hungary, so that upon hiring it, you wouldn't lose professionalism. Seeing that with this patch, "Loss-free" merc companies became a thing, I always hoped that Hungary and the Black Army would get the same treatment. The Black Army's current state doesn't make this merc company viable or usable at all and is even ahistorical. The Black Army should not make you lose professionalism as the 15000 strong Black Army of Matthias Corvinus was an elite force, with them, we Hungarians defeated the Turks in several occasions and even captured Vienna from the Habsburgs, making Hungary the dominant power of the region. A personal army of the King should be unique and should not incur the loss of professionalism, just like the Papal Guard does for the Pope.
Alternatively, I'd also suggest the rework of the Institutionalized Black Army government reform, as in its current state, it is not a viable choice for Hungary, but could have a lot of potential and could make your gameplay feel a bit more immersive. I'd like to suggest that you buff the mercenary discipline up to 5% and (could be subject to debate) add +1 military skill for the monarch. The reasoning behind this is that I feel like 2,5% is a too small modifier, 5% could be fine, compared with the bonuses of the Black Army company. The mil point could be justified, by institutionalizing the Black Army, the monarch places emphasis on the matters of the army, even leads them himself, so there could be a reason behind it. From a gameplay perspective, by buffing this reform, you could create a viable unique option for Hungary, as this reform in its current state would never be chosen, because it is so weak compared to other reforms, such as the 15% manpower or the yearly army tradition and professionalism reform. In the suggested form, this government reform and the Black Army merc company could make up for an interesting, merc-reliant playthrough.
