Bizarre France Bug?

I'm 100 years into a grand campaign (DW) as France, and I've annexed all the french vassals. And yet, when I'm in a war with a HRE state or Castille, the AI still requests "end vassalization to Alencon, Bourbonais, Berry, etc etc". Also, while I've kicked England out of France and dismantled Burgundy, I received no 'end of hundred years war' event, and England still has its cores in France. So it seems like the AI is only recognizing my 1399 borders. Anyone else run into this?

That's weird. Only thing I can think of is clearing your map cache.

The bug appears even with no mod (DW 5.1). How do you actually clear the map cache ?

Go to "EU3/map/cache" delete the maps' contend and start and then restart the game.

Sometimes it happens that game shows you have alliance/vassalization/SoI with someone who no longer exist,
