Playing Germany I took Leningrad and Moscow in december 1941. After a while I get the Stalin surrenders event. This is odd, since I have not taken Stalingrad yet. Nevertheless I accept. My dissent drops 10 points. But there is no peace. War continues between me and Russia. This doesn't seem right.
Edit: Peace came a while later. Did not know this. So that part is okay. But is it WAD that you don't have to take Stalingrad? In the text of Bitter peace it says that all 3 had to be taken. But I never took Stalingrad.
