Bitter Peace -> Honor MR Pact again

We were playing an MP game on Monday. The Bitter Peace happened and both USSR and Germany accepted it. Soon after, the M-R pact event fired a second time, giving the USSR Eastern Poland again, which looked quite weird and caused a lot of heated discussion about how to fix the problem. The events from the log were:
