bitter peace as axis ally. all conquests gone!

i am playing right now a game as sweden and i joined the axis early for the blueprints. i conquered norway and finnland, and i followed the germans into barbarossa and was, with german help, able to catch a lot of northern russia, including moskow. but now the bitter peace fired and suddenly all of my russian holdings have been given back to the SU.

why is that so, and what can i do to avoid it or make it undone ?

i lost around 80 mp in that war. damit, i want my land !

In short only those axis nations will get land after BP that are included in the BP events. Sweden isn't. You could copy the entire section of Germany and edit it in for Swe, but it's quite some tedious work. Or you edit the save to get all provinces back, but that is even more tedious. Or you try trading for them with Ger via "acceptall" (not sure if this works)

edit - probably not if they were given back to Sov.

Never tried it. Normally you can't make a separate peace with them if you're axis. Dunno if acceptall helps there.

i just tried it and it worked.. northern russia is mine.. it´s just a little work to write down all the provinces. i hope HOI 3 will make peace talks more uncomplicated.

i immediately gave moscow and leningrad to the germans for bitter peace, and took it back with accept all.

so all is fine now and the 80 mp well spend.

Yup, no complications in HoI3 - no peace talks = no problem
