We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Yes it affects everyone. If you grant someone a temple holding you will not get piety now. However as a work around if you right click and create vassal you are granted the 25 piety, just so you know.
I never realized there's this handy button; I always hand over all titles personally, even the baron-level ones. Thanks
