Catholic form of the same title, like in game was, Bishop. However in Orthodoxy it should be Episcope. Also Archiepiscope (Archbishop) for one who is a level of a Duke, that is a Prince for orthodox rulers.

Did someone already made that change in some of mods? If so, can someone put me a direction to a thread or post, please? If not, can someone tell me how to do that change and of course, is that even possible?

This isn't possible to edit. The game only uses (and can only use) the titles for bishops and archbishops

You can change bishop to episkope but then catholic bishops will also be called that way

Why should Orthodox bishops have different titles? The English word for bishop is bishop (derived from Latin episcopus and Greek episkopos) no matter whether they recognize the pope as chief of the church or not.
