This is kind of a strange bug. While playing EU4, if I minimize the game, the sound of birds chirping loops over and over. When I enter back into the game, it still plays in the background. The only way to make it stop is to close the game. Sometimes, it starts playing in the background without ever minimizing the game.
I thought it might be related to mods that I have installed, such as "Kari Blodwyn" (sp?) music pack. The birds still chirp even when all mods have been disabled. It started the day Common Sense came out (patch 1.12 was released).
I have not noticed the issue with any other game, although I predominately play EU4 and not much else at the moment.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
