So I should just skip that flashpoint?
No, it's fun! But I would leave the mech in your bays afterwards. Putting it in storage seems to be what causes the stores bug. You can fix the stores bug by readying the mech again, but you will lose it permanently.

There are several bugs with readying, moving mechs around, etc. Sometimes a mech will "disappear" until I slide another mech to the tile it disappeared from, and then it reappears.

Yeah, you want to avoid ever putting that in storage. Not only will you lose the mech, it can bug stores you visit.

Aaah so that is a bug!
I'd finished the steel beast flashpoint last night, completed a few mechs from the salvage so put that in storage. Then went to a new system and could only buy or sell my completed mechs from my storage at the store.

Will check when reloading the game tonight and raise a bug report if its not fixed

I have no empty slots in my mech bay.

Between my main lance, reserve lance, my museum, and my Light Lance all slots are taken up.

For me it broke the stores when in the Mech Bay, I put it into storage and the problem went away, but of course when I tried to pull it out of storage it simply disappeared!
As great as that Flashpoint is, personally I would just skip it until they post a fix, it will come back into circulation anyway so you can always do it later.

It seems to be something related to travelling to a new system. This bug first occurred Sunday night, when I played last night (Monday) I was able to access the store and black market fine after i first logged in. Ran a couple of missions then travelled again to a flashpoint system and couldn't access the store on the new system.
