Big slowdown (near hang up) changing land division leaders

I installed super AI yesterday, and sometimes when i want to change a land division leader the game nearly stops, and I have to move (hardly) cursor to click anywhere else (diplomacy button or another) and game runs again, but I can´t change division leader. The only solution that works i to save and reload but this not a solution. In readme of patch 1.06 says this bug was solved (and it´s true) but since i installed super AI it happens again, anybody knows why? :confused: .
I´ve hot HOI 1.06 clean install + picture pack 4-11+ Super AI 1.0.

This is my first post in Hoi forums so sorry for my english.
 
Did you install the pick pack 0411?

What type of computer do you have? (speed, memory)

If you installed the pick pack then try removing it cause you do not need it. One of the things we did in Super AI Bundle was to include the leader files that come with the Pick Pack. We modified most of them slightly. This was done for 2 major reasons.

1) We wanted to add leader attributes.
2) People who have slow down problems can play withought leader pictures and experience no slow downs.
