However, should the military side of the Russian civil war win, then they will proceed to try to conquer many of the former USSR countries. I suppose Putin's military state might use some of those Soviet leaders though if you wish to provide them.

Yes, if you have any soviet leaders please contribute. As of now, their leaders are half of Russia's (the army splits in two)

Sorry, but HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE PUTIN OF SUCH THINGS? He is the best thing that could ever happen to Russia and I pray to God that he changes the Russian constitution so that a president can stay in office for as long as he is voted in. Secondly, Putin is a military guy and has been gradually strengthening the state. Perhaps it's unfair to extrapolate that to make his character that of a military statist, but that's what we did since we wanted civil war in Russia. How about you check out the alpha when it's released and we can make small changes that would make it more realistic.

Although Putin becomes the leader of a non-democratic regime, noone is saying that he isn't helping the country. Putin restores their former greatness or he builds up the country from within. Noone is saying it's wrong (except for pro-democrats )
