Big errors

Since I have installed HOI 2 and only when I am playing HOI 2 I get some severe errors. It started one time yesterday morning and then later I had some more and they increased in number.
The error is a blue screen withan 'Kernel_date_inpage_error' It says it will make a physical datadump and that I should uninstall recent hard/software.

So I re-installed HOI 2 but the problem remains.

My specs are:

Packard Bell laptop / win xp prof
2400 + AMD Athlon- 663 Mhz
736 Mb ram

What should I do? re-install everything (windows...)?

That is usually due to registry errors.

I would try registryfix.

According to the documentation, you most likely have bad sectors on the hard disk where the page file resides.

Would a bios update be usefull?

Not likely with either of the two problems mentioned above., but if one is available it is Prob. a good idea.

I did some registry checks and hope most of my errors have been gone by now.

If they are not, I will be back. If they are gone I am back also to thank you
