I am loving the game so far and I am a happy backer. 70 hours in so far and still kicking ass. Far from perfect, we all know there is room for improvement. There are two things I have noticed, beyond the normal gripes, that I have an issue with.

First one is the chevrons on the rounds. If there are mech's or tanks out of view range they do not show up as orange chevrons and are invisible as they attack. It is kind of annoying to make a move based on the round info only to have 4+ invisible enemies make attacks not showing in the round info. I am also making a discount for spotting but they should then show in the round.

Second one, Submarine Tanks...Really? Shreak's completely submerged can still fire and don't take drowning damage? Far as I can recall tanks can not enter level one water without being destroyed. Tanks are not hovercraft.

Yeah, I don't have much of a gripe but its my two cents. Keep up the good work HBS.

I understand the Submarine Tanks are a pathing bug, it has come up on here before so I would expect the devs to be working on it.

The lack of chevrons on the round indicator, I assumed, was a deliberate choice t make you act on the information available to your mechwarriors (you aren't playing god and reacting to things before they happen sort of thing) but i can't actually remember if they show up on the round list after they attack you. If not, then i really think they should.

I personally likes the initiative chevron for units out side of contact range. You can get hints to the weight classes depending on which turnnphase it is. But when it's an assault in an earlier phase, it is super scary.

In addition I like knowing only the weights at the extreme sensor ranges. It allows for guesses at the Mechs and factions to little information. Sometimes this is wrong of course, but when it's an 80 ton vehicle RUN... 80 = Demolisher.

I havnt seen the sub tanks yet.
