Hi, in IC Arma (SKVP) somehow I managed to activate Bewegungskrieg for Nationalist China, in scenario 1933, although I found out later that this technology is deliberately deactivated in softcode. Does anyone know what had happened.

Also, does anyone know what
#deactivate = { 7450 }

deactivates? It was code for Fission bomb in HOI2 but it seems to me that this technology is divided into two technologies under codes 7160 and 7170.
